Shipping Methods: We use USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, etc for all our shipments. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and the weight of the items in your order
Insurance Lost & Theft Information
Standard Ground Shipping: accepted insurance claim up to $100.00 and above if package is lost or stolen.
Protected Ground Shipping: your order will be fully insured if lost or stolen and will include Signature Confirmation by default.
Occasionally, there are Free Shipping promotions based on order amount.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Requesting Personalized Packaging Video: If you are specifically requesting a Personalized Packaging Video for your order, be sure to leave a order note during checkout. It it not a 100% guarantee a video is made, but it indicates to our team that you are requesting one. Minimum order amount to request a video is $150.00 USD. If there are many order, may take additional 1-3 business days to fulfill.

Shipping Methods & Costs
All international orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by UPS at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. We do not offer flat-rate or free international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Pokemon Zoon does not calculate or generate these import duties, taxes, or custom fees. These are calculated by our third partner provider.
Delivery & Liability
We are only responsible for your package until it is scanned as delivered by UPS. Once delivery is confirmed, liability for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages after the delivery scan.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. We are not held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or unsecured addresses provided at checkout. There is no possible way for us to retrieve packages to the wrong address.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances for international orders. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
